In this role you as a Technologist Mechatronics you will get a chance to:

Innovate & Design – Contribute to concept creation and system design, focusing on dynamic behavior, control strategies, sensing/actuation, and thermal properties at both system and component levels.

Model & Simulate – Use advanced modeling, simulation, and analysis to optimize mechatronic performance.

Measure & Validate – Perform experiments and measurements to support design, production, and reliability improvements.

Solve Performance Issues – Provide expert consultancy to analyze and troubleshoot performance challenges in existing products and systems.

Collaborate & Shape Competence – Help build and maintain a strong Mechatronics knowledge base, collaborating with teams locally and with our colleagues in Pune, India.

Advance Model-Driven Engineering – Enhance design quality by integrating model-based system engineering with model-based designs.
